DREAM

The only limitations that exist are those you impose on yourself. Dream big and believe that anything is possible.

PURSUE

Don't allow anything to stand in the way of you reaching every goal. Pursue your dreams and aspirations with confidence.

GROW

Never stop growing and learning new things. Use every experience to make you better, good or bad. Grow into the woman you were born to be.

As our community continues to rebuild in the wake of economic struggles, we stand firm on the notion that

"we can inspire together"

Encourage Development

We are a domestic non-profit organization that encourages development in young ladies from Flint/Genesee County area, ages 13-19.

Young ladies joining TSESII will be given opportunities to learn self-worth, proper body image and social etiquette with a focal point on, encouraging the scholars to dream, pursue, and maintain growth, in their lives.

relevant lesson plans

All of this is achieved by focusing on 4 domains that include 26 elements with lesson plans and activities. Domains include Self-Awareness, Social Etiquette, Education and Career, and Community Service. Sessions are held for eight months and will culminate in a Graduation Ceremony complete with formal attire.

proven leadership

I’d like to share a little information about myself. My name is Tanisha Jones and I am the founder and President of the T.S.E.S.I.I. I am a wife and mother of three beautiful scholars and I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Administration, with a minor in Community Development.

I’ve enjoyed a career in the Human Service Field that spans over 15 years. T.S.E.S.I.I. offers the tools necessary to truly inspire and elevate the self-confidence of OUR scholars. The name itself says each young lady is a scholar, even if they haven’t realized it yet.   If we love and inspire these young scholars, we will have done our job.  Our legacy will live on through them.
